Kelly was amazing! From start to finish she was very responsive to my needs/questions and was very helpful with personal experiences in buying homes. It was like looking at homes with a friend and someone who had your best interests in mind- not just a commission check. Kelly was a such pleasure to work with and she spent so much time and energy trying to make our experience a positive one. She was very attentive to the specific criteria that we had given her and was able to make our house hunting experience quite painless. Kelly was incredibly flexible and accommodated our needs even as we house hunted at a distance—from two states away, and amid a worldwide pandemic. At the last minute, we traveled to see houses and she arranged the showings from one day to the next, and even did video tours for us when we could not be there ourselves. Kelly was always easy to reach and she worked tirelessly to make sure we understood each step of the process. Kelly Mckay was our realtor and helped us find and purchase our first home. We must of looked at over 20 homes and then relooked at them. We put in offers for three homes. We were quite the handful when house hunting. My in home business required a special location. Kelly was always positive and never complained while looking at the 20th home which we ended up buying.
