Having been born and raised on Long Island and now living in the Southern Tier region for 5 years, Geno has hit the ground running, launching his own business, GC Property Works LLC in 2014. Since then, Geno has renovated multiple homes for clients and has flipped homes with his own company. He has also attained experience in the New Construction realm with builds in Ithaca and Horseheads including his first spec build in 2018 in Horseheads with plans for future builds. Since he was 5, he has visited Chemung County yearly and has paid attention to the economic growth and potential of the Southern tier and knew he had to be a part of it!
Geno’s previous background was as an environmental/ mechanical engineer for 12 years. He has interfaced with clientele from around the world and has performed various dynamic stress testing and research and development with companies such as Boeing, Airbus, Lockheed Martin, Northrup Grumman, Eaton Aerospace and many more. He has worked closely on military and government projects ranging from communication systems, various projectiles and other key components for military use, government use and commercial aviation.
Geno has always had a passion for Real Estate including 10 years of his personal investments. He also is an avid hunter/ outdoorsman which has lead to learning and cultivating knowledge of raw land. His expertise is in laying out land utilizing aerial & topo mapping, learning wildlife movement and behaviors but most importantly marketing land to potential buyers depending on their needs. With years of tried and true methods, Geno has become experienced in finding large deer habitats with the ability to layout a property regarding elevation, points, transitions, bedding areas and food sources. He enjoys walking the land and showing its potential. He will put boots on the ground for any client and spend hours doing it.
