I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the excellent job Signature Properties did in selling our home in Montour Falls. Initially, I had considered selling this property myself – I am glad that I did not. I actually end up with a better net profit selling through your company than I would have on my own. As you know, we do not live in the area, so this could have complicated the process.
