With an impressive sales volume of $18 Million, that achievement earned Jules the prestigious distinction of Top 2 in the Elmira Corning Board of Realtors. Being licensed in 2004, this will be her 20th year as a REALTOR! She is a true professional with an accurate and knowledgeable pulse on today’s changing market conditions. Being an active member of our community is just as crucial to Jules, who has served on the Board of Directors for The Chemung County Habitat for Humanity since 2016. She is always seeking volunteers to build beside her at one of the building sites. Jules strongly feels that if a client isn’t able to purchase a home through conventional methods, homeownership is a gift she can offer with the work of her own hands. She served four years being elected to The Board of Directors for The Elmira Corning Board of Realtors; she finds enjoyment in building relationships while influencing our local decisions impacting clients and community members. This strong community-based involvement is rooted in her deep religious beliefs, as well as being actively involved in her local congregation.
She is a passionate traveler who has explored Europe and developed a deep love for Spain, a country that holds a special place in her heart. As a foodie and wine lover, she enjoys exploring different cuisines and wine varieties. In her free time, she finds solace in her garden, cultivating plants and flowers. Her dogs, Gia, Chloe, and Ellie bring immense joy and companionship to her life. With strong ties to her family, she cherishes the close relationships she has cultivated with her loved ones.
