We first made the mistake of choosing a friend that worked for a different local Real Estate Company, thinking our friend would work so hard for us. WRONG! The experience was horrible! Our home was only advertised if we lowered the price. They promised to feature us in home buyers handouts but never did. We found out later its because they would have to pay for that advertising. But before we signed a contract with them, they made everything sound so grand, like our house would sell in a week. In actuality, I had a hard time getting them to show our home or even return a phone call.

Signature Properties was a much better experience. They took beautiful photos of our home and had them posted on the web almost immediately. The virtual tour was awesome. They advertised the sale of our house everywhere possible, including special postcards they sent out. They kept us well informed on every walk thru or prospect they had for us. They never sugar coated anything to make us get our hopes up. There wasn’t the false ups and downs that we had with the other company. Signature Properties is straightforward and honest.
