– I worked with Keena at Elmira Savings Bank for 20 years+ where she was Senior Vice President, Mortgage Originations. Her knowledge of Mortgage Products, Operations, Sales and Marketing is extensive. We were the number 1 producer of Mortgages in Chemung County many years in a row under her leadership. After retiring from Elmira Savings Bank Keena reentered the Real Estate market as a Broker/Agent. I was pleased to work with Keena in 2013 as she purchased a property for us that we had dreamed of owning for many years at 53 Quail Run, Elmira NY 14903. She got us an appointment to view the house the day that it came on the market. She advised us and negotiated our purchase of that property with two other bidders also interested in the property. After my wife and I purchased and renovated a home at 184 Coleman Avenue, Elmira NY 14905 in 2019 with the intention of reselling it we of course listed it with Keena. A lot had changed in the real estate market since 2013 with regard to the technology and marketing of a home. Keena helped to navigate those changes with a beautiful listing of our property complete with the use of a drone that showcased the exterior beauty of the home and the acreage surrounding it. She staged the home tastefully to add warmth and personality. The pictures that she included in the listing were excellent. We had many showings right from the start and her timing of open houses was perfect resulting in a sale for the asking price in a very reasonable amount of time. Her communication throughout the process was exceptional using the latest of technology to make the process very efficient. We can’t wait to work with Keena on our next project!

There’s nothing more stressful than trying to balance work, children, getting paperwork submitted,inspections, the bank, attorneys and the like when buying a home. Trying to communicate with your agent and having even a few hour delay can add to said stress in big ways. Non of that was a worry for us when dealing with Kathleen. From the get go she was always accessible by call, text or email and either knew the answer, the course of action, or would actively find it and follow up with us asap. She maintained the aforementioned accessibility even when out of state.

We always felt as though our wishes and interests were her priority. Her experience in the mortgage industry along with her eye for staging a home as well as her research into our neighborhood, we believe, contributed to us getting an offer on our home within 7 days.
If you ever meet K’ you’ll realize she is a very kind, professional and caring woman. But when needed she is able to turn on the heat and really scrap (always in the lane of proper ethics) on her clients’ behalf. After all nobody wants a Gumby when making a serious life choice like buying or selling a home. We recommend her in any capacity she is able to serve you when buying/ selling a home.

Keena did an awesome job staging and helping through the whole process! I have known Keena for years and think very highly of her and knew she would do a good job for me. She really staged the house beautifully before it actually went on the market. We dealt over the phone quite a bit as we live out of town and she was always very helpful. We felt at ease every time we talked to her and took her advice. Very informative at all times.
