Keena was great! The house was listed and we had an offer within 24 hours that we accepted. The actual closing didn’t happen for several months because of the probate court. – I worked with Keena at Elmira Savings Bank for 20 years+ where she was Senior Vice President, Mortgage Originations. Her knowledge of Mortgage Products, Operations, Sales and Marketing is extensive. We were the number 1 producer of Mortgages in Chemung County many years in a row under her leadership. After retiring from Elmira Savings Bank Keena reentered the Real Estate market as a Broker/Agent. There’s nothing more stressful than trying to balance work, children, getting paperwork submitted,inspections, the bank, attorneys and the like when buying a home. Trying to communicate with your agent and having even a few hour delay can add to said stress in big ways. Non of that was a worry for us when dealing with Kathleen. From the get go she was always accessible by call, text or email and either knew the answer, the course of action, or would actively find it and follow up with us asap. She maintained the aforementioned accessibility even when out of state.

If you ever meet K’ you’ll realize she is a very kind, professional and caring woman. But when needed she is able to turn on the heat and really scrap (always in the lane of proper ethics) on her clients’ behalf.
