Stephen “Steve” Hudock

While I am a native of the Suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA, I have called Elmira, NY home for the last 23 years. With degrees in Elementary Education and Educational Leadership, I have been rewarded with integral roles on many professional learning teams. My experiences as a leader and educator have given me the skills necessary to guide clients through the home buying process. I have always had an attraction to properties from an early age. This “calling” has enabled me to find success in ownership of rentals as well as “flipping” properties.

I am thrilled to be putting my love of Real Estate to work in a new capacity and beyond honored to be welcomed by the phenomenal individuals that comprise Signature Properties. My role, for buyers and sellers, will utilize my knowledge of the local real estate market to match my clients’ needs. As I have, personally, been through many purchases and sales, I understand what an emotional experience this can be. I look forward to using my background to ensure my clients’ purchases are as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Free time activities include kayaking, hiking, Spinning and physical fitness, travel, home remodel and renovation.
