Susan both listed our home to sell as well as helped us find a home to purchase. The process in a whole of doing both at the same time was one of the most stressful times ever. I will say for sure that without such a strong and extremely driven, knowledgeable woman by our side through it all we would have never completed the process. even though throughout it all I was angry, unhappy and so discouraged she kept me grounded and focused and never let me give up. Her positive outlook and complete dedication is one without boundaries. Susan was absolutely amazing throughout our whole experience with buying our first home! She went above and beyond. We were pretty close to having to switch our loan near the end because something wasn't going through with USDA. But Susan was able to get several letters to make things work for us.
