5 Stars. Terry has gone above and beyond to help with the sale of my mom's home to the purchase of her new home. (We looked at many before mom found a perfect one for her.) Terry was very informative and answered questions regardless of the amount we had. She would get back to us in a timely manner. She even was available when she had other obligations. She took the time to listen, see what my mom liked and didn't like. She listened to what she wanted and didn't want. She did not tell us how it was going to be. It was all my mom's choice. She gave choices and suggestions. Never stated what my mom needed to do. Terry also was upfront and honest about everything. Great person and personality. I would highly recommend Terry to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. Oh wait...I already have recommend her to people. Telling them she is great. If I could give her a million stars I would as I feel 5 stars does not do her justice. She deserves more.

A close friend and co-worker referred me to Jeremy when I decided to buy a home in the Chemung County area. He was prompt and responsive. He is a longtime resident of the area and business owner. He was knowledgeable and relaxed. While my search/negotiation process wasn't overly complicated, he was there when needed and communicated clearly on my behalf. I would recommend him to friends and family who might also be in the market.
