There’s nothing more stressful than trying to balance work, children, getting paperwork submitted,inspections, the bank, attorneys and the like when buying a home. Trying to communicate with your agent and having even a few hour delay can add to said stress in big ways. Non of that was a worry for us when dealing with Kathleen. From the get go she was always accessible by call, text or email and either knew the answer, the course of action, or would actively find it and follow up with us asap. She maintained the aforementioned accessibility even when out of state.

We always felt as though our wishes and interests were her priority. Her experience in the mortgage industry along with her eye for staging a home as well as her research into our neighborhood, we believe, contributed to us getting an offer on our home within 7 days.
If you ever meet K’ you’ll realize she is a very kind, professional and caring woman. But when needed she is able to turn on the heat and really scrap (always in the lane of proper ethics) on her clients’ behalf. After all nobody wants a Gumby when making a serious life choice like buying or selling a home. We recommend her in any capacity she is able to serve you when buying/ selling a home.

Keena did an awesome job staging and helping through the whole process! I have known Keena for years and think very highly of her and knew she would do a good job for me. I am very happy with the experience of the sale of my home even though there were glitches that needed to be worked through. She really staged the house beautifully before it actually went on the market. We dealt over the phone quite a bit as we live out of town and she was always very helpful. We felt at ease every time we talked to her and took her advice. Very informative at all times.
