I just want to express what a pleasure it was to work with my realtor Kathy Woodruff from Signature Properties when we were listing our home. Kathy was so knowledgeable about all aspects of the listing and moving process. She also was helpful in a finding a reliable mover for us as my husband and I are in our early 70's and just couldn't handle moving our heavy furniture. The moving company was fairly local and we had no regrets! Kathy knew the market when we listed our home and felt it would go fast. She sold it in approximately 2 weeks to our surprise! Being seniors and not very tech savvy we were quite apprehensive about documents to sign via DocuSign on our computer electronically. Kathy came to our rescue instructing us exactly what we needed to do and all went well.
