Keena was great! The house was listed and we had an offer within 24 hours that we accepted. The actual closing didn’t happen for several months because of the probate court. Keena has the patience of a saint. She kept us as the sellers and the buyers calm and focused on the closing. Keena deserves much more than what she has been paid. If it was up to me she would be receiving the entire check from the sell of this house.

Her knowledge of Mortgage Products, Operations, Sales and Marketing is extensive. We were the number 1 producer of Mortgages in Chemung County many years in a row under her leadership. After retiring from Elmira Savings Bank Keena reentered the Real Estate market as a Broker/Agent.
