Kathy is a great realtor who really cares about her clients. She was able to help us beyond buying a house, giving good advice and recommendations to local people and services. We moved from out of state, so the extra help finding trustworthy local businesses was truly appreciated! Our final walkthrough was a little rocky, but she stood up for us and made sure everything was taken care of before we signed at closing. As first time homebuyers, we were pretty nervous about what we were getting ourselves into.
